Chuck is a graduate of East Fairmont High School and served in the US Navy. He is married to Vicki Ledsome. He is currently the CEO of M.A. Heston, Inc., a business located in Pleasant Valley and operating for sixty-seven years. Chuck has been a resident of Pleasant Valley for forty years. He is serving as the Benton’s Ferry and Kingmont Council Member at Large. He is also a member of the City of Pleasant Valley Planning Commission. He serves on the Marion County Local Emergency Planning Commission, is a member of Fairmont VFW 629, American Legion Post 31, and Shinnston Moose Lodge 929, and achieved the Pilgrim Degree of Merit. He is a member of Acacia Lodge 157, Upper Mon Valley Shrine Club, and the Fairmont Eagles 2373.
